Shipping Policy

ALL orders are delivered by the carrier company (no contact delivery policy) to client's doorstep. No signature required. Driver may knock on the door after dropping off the box for you. All boxes are hand checked with handle with care and fragile signage for proper care along with air bubbles, anti-static wraps and partitions for safety and proper delivery.

PS: ALL cross border (North American i.e. from Canada to the US) shipping and purchases are subject to customs and duties to be paid by customers to the carrier company.

 

Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to covid19 and safety/hygiene for all, we are not able to accept returns and exchanges.

ALL BABUNI products are gone thru rigorous and standard health and safety process and checked before shipping for utmost care and safety.

Contact us within 2 days of delivery for any questions or issues.

We don't accept cancellations.

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
